You don't always need to get out....here are ideas for exercise at home
Waiting for the water to boil or dinner to cook? Do some exercises while you wait.
Too much sitting today? Stretching feels good and strengthens the muscles around the knee and ankle.
Sit on a kitchen chair with your back straight but not arched. One leg at a time, straighten your leg and pull your toes toward your body.
Hold for 5 seconds.
Repeat 10 times
Wall Plank Exercise
Put both hands at shoulder height on wall or place your hands on a counter. Take a step backwards with both feet so that you are leaning into wall. Feet should be together, flat on the foor and toes pushing into the ground. Keep your torso straight and hips pulled forward. Take a deep breath.
