Humans walk. Starting as toddlers for as long as we live, we walk. Whether going to the gym, to work, in nature or from the couch to your car, you walk. Walking is reflexive, we don’t even think about it. Yet, how you walk may be contributing to those little (or big) aches and pains. Here is a tip to make walking easier and faster.
Think of walking as “rear wheel drive” As you walk the leg which is behind you should be pushing you. Feel the muscles in the back of your leg activate as they propel your body forward. This ensures great posture and prevents knee and hip pain.
