Do You Miss Your Hairdresser?

With Covid19 restrictions many of us  miss getting our hair done, especially having our head washed and massaged.    Your scalp has thousand of little nerves which is why it massages feel so good.

Give yourself some self-care by massaging your own scalp.  You may feel the joints of your skull as you do so, these areas are especially sensitive and relaxing.  Don’t forget to massage your TMJ, right in front of your ear you can feel the joint as you open and close your mouth.  We tend to hold a lot of stress here so gently massage and stretch this area.

You will feel more awake, stimulated and relaxed all at the same time.
